During the meeting, a decision was made to hold a competition and auction for the rental of several properties.
In particular, the following four properties are planned to be put up for competition:
- the "Tatiny" building (Gvardeyskaya St., No. 54).
- the building of the driving school (Oboronnaya St., No. 1).
- the building of the "Abay" Humanitarian and Economic College (Kommunisticheskaya St., No. 1A).
- the "Bathhouse" facility (Mira St., No. 20).
In addition, 36 containers located at the "Kerben" market will be auctioned. The rental period for the properties will be 5 years, while the bathhouse will have a rental period of 10 years, taking into account possible new construction. Renters are required to carry out reconstruction and repairs at their own expense, as well as ensure the creation of jobs and the improvement of the adjacent territory.
