A competition has been announced in the Kyrgyz Republic for the creation of a parade uniform design for participants of the opening of the VI World Nomad Games. This event is organized by the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Competition Goals
The main task is to identify the most original design of parade attire, which will include national patterns and meet modern aesthetic requirements, as well as the recommendations of the Brand Book for the VI World Nomad Games.
Organizers
The competition is organized by the Directorate for National Sports under the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports.
Design Requirements
The design must include a headpiece, outerwear, trousers for men, a dress in national style, as well as attributes of the VI World Nomad Games for athletes, coaches, and judges. All elements must comply with modern design requirements.
Each participant must be the author of their design. Submissions are accepted in both electronic format and as paper carriers, including samples of clothing made from selected materials.
All projects must be accompanied by calculations of the necessary materials and services for one set.
The style must be unified, with neat execution and harmony of colors. Elements reflecting national color and the symbolism of the World Nomad Games must be present. The attire must be comfortable and safe to wear. The materials used must be:
- Natural (cotton, wool, linen, silk), breathable, and pleasant to the touch.
- The fabric density must be sufficient for durability and opacity.
- Seams must be neat, without thread skips.
- External seams must be even, and the lining must not deform.
- Seams must not have cracks.
- Buttons and zippers (if provided) must be securely sewn and function properly.
- Pockets must be deep and symmetrical, and loops must be strong.
- The lining must not protrude beyond the clothing.
- Clothing must fit well, not stretch, and retain its shape after wearing.
- The label must contain complete information about the fabric composition and care for the item, and must be neatly sewn on.
Competition Stages
Applications will be accepted until February 10, 2026. The competition will take place in two stages: The first stage is the qualifying round, where sketches and descriptions are evaluated.
The second stage is the final round, where finished samples of men's and women's attire will be presented.
At the final stage, the commission will evaluate the presented models according to established criteria.Evaluation Criteria

Winners will receive certificates and cash prizes: 1st place – 200,000 som.
Additional Conditions
