Deputy Elmira Dosalieva raised the issue of current road projects with officials.
Ulanbek Beishenbaev, the director of the city’s Department of Transport and Road Transport Infrastructure Development, reported that this year the construction of roads is planned in three areas: on Suhe-Bator Street from 7 April to Auezov, on Akhunbaev Street from Dostoevsky to Auezov, and on Duyshiev Street from Zhukeev-Pudovkin to Abdrakhmanov.
Previously, the mayor of the city discussed with the residents of Novopavlovka the project for the construction of Profsoyuznaya Street, which will become part of an alternative road to Manas Airport.
Aybek Junushaliev emphasized the importance of this project for the infrastructure: Profsoyuznaya Street will help relieve the area where the only bypass road is unable to handle the traffic, and public transport drivers are forced to look for alternative routes.
