A golf club is being built at Issyk-Kul. The project is overseen by Rustam Japparov.

Project-related issues were discussed during a meeting between Uzbekistan's ambassador to Russia, Karomidin Gadoev, and the executive director of the company, Fio Fahmi. The resort is expected to be implemented as part of a public-private partnership involving the regional hokimiyat.
