Law enforcement, together with representatives from the city administration and the tax service, held a discussion with the hotel owner and the individual entrepreneur. During the conversation, they were informed that it is necessary to adhere to the president's decree on maintaining moral standards, and efforts were made to prevent prostitution and involvement in such activities.
The police also reminded that violation of established norms and creating conditions for engaging in prostitution is subject to criminal liability in accordance with Article 160 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of the inspection, materials were collected regarding the identified violations, and the issue of applying measures within the framework of the legislation is currently being considered.
Additionally, to ensure public order at the specified address, posts of police officers have been organized, and preventive work in this direction will continue.
