The initiator of the construction was the Minister of Internal Affairs, Lieutenant General of Police Ulan Niyazbekov. The event was attended by the head of the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Kul region, Major General of Police Murat Boronov, the prosecutor of the Ton district, representatives of local authorities, veterans of the internal affairs bodies, and residents of the villages.
These new buildings became the 11th and 12th facilities opened in the region in recent years. A total of about 40 modern buildings for the police are planned to be constructed in the region, with five more set to be opened soon.
The new police stations fully meet modern standards:
- they are equipped with everything necessary for the comfortable work of employees;
- there are designated living quarters for staff;
- conditions have been created for quality service to the public, maintaining public order, and effectively combating crime.
