According to the Panfilov District Prosecutor's Office, Kainy is the administrative center of the district. The apartment, located in a multi-apartment building, was specified in the will of E.B.'s grandmother, who bequeathed it to her grandson, who is an orphan.
A.T. approached the district prosecutor's office for assistance, acting on behalf of the young man. He reported that E.B. had lost parental care and that his housing rights were being violated.
During the investigation, it was found that the apartment at the address: Kainy, Belobrova St., 8/19, had indeed passed to E.B. However, his relative S.K., lacking legal authority, was renting the apartment to third parties and using the proceeds for his own interests.
To protect E.B.'s rights, the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit in the district court on June 24, 2025, demanding the eviction of those who were illegally occupying the apartment.
As reported by the prosecutor's office, on January 15, 2026, the court granted the lawsuit, restoring the rights of the orphan E.B. to the inherited apartment.
