On February 6, a meeting was held at the Law Academy of the General Prosecutor's Office, where participants discussed the implementation of mechanisms for managing corruption risks in state institutions and local self-government bodies. According to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, representatives of the Jogorku Kenesh, experts, and academic figures participated in the discussion. This event was part of the cooperation with Transparency International and was organized with the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
During the meeting, methods for systematic identification and reduction of corruption risks were considered, as well as issues related to anti-corruption expertise of regulatory acts and projects, and the implementation of risk-oriented approaches in management processes.
The General Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan emphasizes that the work on developing preventive and risk-oriented mechanisms is a key direction in the implementation of the State Strategy for Combating Corruption for 2025-2030. The Prosecutor's Office intends to consistently implement these approaches in the practice of public administration.
