According to the official, there are cases where a 70-year-old daughter uses her 90-year-old mother's card
At a meeting of the BGK, the director of the Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure, Ulanbek Beishenbaev, reported that there is a possibility of revoking the "Tulpar" preferential card, which is intended for travel on public transport.
He noted: "There are situations where family members use one card. For example, a seventy-year-old daughter travels on her ninety-year-old mother's card. In such cases, the cards are subject to revocation, and no new ones will be issued," the official added.
The "Tulpar" preferential cards are provided free of charge and allow pensioners registered in the capital, people with disabilities, as well as postal workers of OJSC "Kyrgyzpost" to use municipal transport during their work.
