In the village of Min-Chynar, located in the rural district of Ak-Turpak in the Kadamjay region, cases are being reported where stray animals lose their lives as a result of accidents. This was reported by local residents.

According to eyewitness accounts, one of the horses grazing in a rice field fell into a ditch and was unable to get out on its own. A witness to the incident noted that he could not lift the animal by himself.

Local residents say that during the autumn-winter period, rice fields in the rural district of Ak-Turpak serve as pastures for livestock. Horses and other animals are driven here from other districts of the Batken region, left unattended, and then returned for them in the spring.

In such conditions, animals often venture onto the Osh—Batken—Razakov highway, which sometimes leads to traffic accidents.

There are also cases where injured or fallen animals remain without assistance and die, as their owners are not nearby. There are also reports of attacks by wild dogs, wolves, and jackals on the animals.

Local residents are urging the relevant authorities to pay attention to the situation and strengthen control over livestock management.
