According to information provided by the Issyk-Kul district department for the protection of natural territories, the incident happened on February 8 in the early morning in the eastern part of the village. The dog that ran into the private yard caused significant damage to the owner, who was born in 1978.
As specialists found out, the animal was not wild but belonged to a neighbor. Currently, measures are being taken in each ayil okmotu to catch and sterilize stray dogs. According to representatives of the department, the situation with stray dogs has significantly improved, and their numbers have decreased compared to previous times.
