Arthur picked up his first fishing rod at the age of 12 at a pond in Kainyda, Panfilov District. Since then, he has dedicated 18 years to the pursuit of large trophies, traveling across Asia with his fishing rod.
Under the name "Asian Traveler," he shares his fishing adventures. In early September, he spoke about his trip to the Indian Ocean, where he hoped to catch a shark: traveled to the Indian Ocean in hopes of catching a shark.
Previously, he managed to catch trophies in the Ili River, such as a 4 kg snakehead and a 20 kg catfish.
Currently, Arthur is actively studying the behavior of fish inhabiting the water bodies of Kyrgyzstan and aims to popularize sport fishing.
He creates videos about his adventures and shares them on social media. His stories are often filled with humor and self-irony.
“You can find many fishing videos on the internet, but I wanted to create something original, fun, and useful for sport fishermen in Kyrgyzstan. I often use humor and self-irony,” noted the "Asian Traveler."
Today, he is gathering materials for new videos and preparing for a return trip to the Indian Ocean in search of a shark.
His previous attempt to catch a shark in India was unsuccessful, but he was able to catch a stingray and many other exotic fish.
