To resolve the issue, the old pipe has been temporarily shut off, with the supply switched to an alternative pipeline.

The mayor's office clarified that despite the accident, heating supply for the city's residents continued, although there were brief interruptions in hot water supply. Currently, hot water supply has been fully restored in the 5th microdistrict, and in the other upper districts, it will be provided in full within the next four hours.

Five units of specialized equipment are involved in eliminating the accident, including a crane, an excavator, a mobile pumping station, and two specialized vans.
The municipal authorities assured that all necessary measures will be taken to complete the installation of the new pipe as quickly as possible, approximately within one day.
