Candidates will only undergo computer testing
The Ministry of Education and Science has initiated a discussion on a new project that proposes that those wishing to take up the positions of directors of schools and kindergartens will be able to do so without undergoing an interview.
As part of the proposed project, it is planned to unify the existing rules and implement a digital platform for the selection process of educational institution leaders.
According to the new standard, candidates are not required to undergo interviews; they will take computer tests twice a year. The results of these tests will be the main criterion for forming a reserve of managerial personnel. All new directors will undergo a probationary period of six months, after which a decision will be made regarding the conclusion of an employment contract or dismissal from the position.
It is expected that the implementation of this appointment procedure will help reduce the level of corruption and optimize budget expenditures.
