On February 13, the Osh city hall announced the start of the dismantling of the cafes "Al Mansur" and "Abu Bakr," which are located in the Manas-Ata territorial administration. This decision was a result of complaints from local residents.

The municipality had previously given the owners of the establishments a three-day deadline to rectify the violations; however, after this time, the owners decided to begin the dismantling themselves.

At a meeting with Mayor Jenishbek Toktorbaev, residents raised the issue of the legality of these cafes' operations and requested an inspection. The city head personally inspected the sites during a morning raid.

During the inspection, it was found that the necessary permits had not been obtained for the construction of the establishments, urban planning regulations were not followed, and other violations were identified. Based on this, an order was issued for the demolition of the illegal structures.

The city hall noted that efforts to ensure legality and order in the city will continue.
