According to the city’s Architecture and Urban Planning Department, specialists conducted inspections of several restaurants and commercial properties located along this street. During the inspection, cases of buildings exceeding the established red lines were identified, as well as unauthorized extensions encroaching on the roadway. Necessary measurements were taken on-site during the raid.
Property owners received official notifications regarding the need to rectify the identified violations.
The city administration emphasized that these actions are aimed at preserving the architectural appearance of the city, enhancing pedestrian safety, and ensuring free movement of traffic. Raids to identify illegal constructions will continue.
