Previously, the owners of these establishments were given three days to rectify the identified violations. After this period, they decided to carry out the dismantling of their facilities independently.
According to the local administration, the issue of the legitimacy of these buildings was raised by residents during a meeting with the mayor. The citizens expressed their concerns regarding the legality of the location of these trading points.
During the inspection, the following violations were identified:
- Lack of permitting documents: construction was carried out without the necessary official approvals.
- Non-compliance with urban planning standards: the cafes did not meet the architectural requirements established for the city.
- Legal violations: relevant acts were drawn up regarding the identified discrepancies.
Based on the inspection, the owners were issued a directive for the dismantling of the illegal structures in the prescribed manner.
The city hall will continue its work to ensure legality and maintain public order in the territory of Osh.
