"Rest, friend." Sadyr Japarov met with Kamchybek Tashiev

On February 15, during an interview with the "Kabar" agency, President Sadyr Japarov announced a meeting with Kamchybek Tashiev. According to him, Tashiev mentioned that he had not contacted the representatives of the "aksakals" who raised the issue of early elections.

The president noted: "In the evening, I received him and said: 'Rest, my friend, take care of your health, be calm.' He did not communicate with the so-called aksakals, which suggests that they acted without his knowledge. As they say, they did him a disservice. But we will restore order and clear everything up. Thank God, we have the strength for this," he added.
