According to information from the Finratings portal, activist Marat Turymbetov has submitted a request to the General Prosecutor's Office asking to investigate the video in which the comedian allegedly gifts equipment to Russian soldiers.
Under Article 170 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, "Mercenarism," the penalty is imprisonment for a term of seven to twelve years.
It is also worth noting that Nurlan Saburov has been banned from entering Russia for a period of fifty years.
