According to the ministry's press service, the main goals of this program are as follows:
- Elimination of the shortage of places in preschool institutions;
- Reduction of disparities in access to education between urban and rural areas;
- Provision of quality preschool education services for children.
As part of the memorandum, the creation and expansion of private preschool educational organizations (PPEOs) in 40 rural districts is planned, which will allow for the coverage of at least 500 children. Special attention will be given to supporting women entrepreneurs in the field of preschool education.
Additionally, the construction of at least 10 municipal kindergartens is planned, which will meet the energy certification of class "B" and utilize climate technologies to ensure a safe and quality educational process.
