In Tokmok, residents witnessed a rare event: a wild roe deer was spotted in the city's park area. A video recorded by eyewitnesses two days ago quickly spread across the Internet.

The forest animal appeared in an area known to locals as "Khrushchev Dachas," which came as a surprise to many young city dwellers. However, older residents view this as a positive sign. "Some people saw a roe deer in the park for the first time, which surprised them. But we must remember that during Soviet times, roe deer were a common sight here. In recent years, their numbers have significantly decreased, and they have become extremely rare. If we treat them with care and do not scare them, there is a possibility that their population will increase again," local residents share their thoughts.

Ecologists and nature defenders strongly urge Tokmok residents to show care for wildlife and not to disturb the animal if it appears in the park again.
