On February 19, during a meeting, the Deputy Chairman of the GKNB, Alisher Erbaev, introduced Zhoomart Toktogulov, the new chief, to the heads of territorial divisions and institutions.
The event was also attended by the authorized representative of the president in the Osh region, Amankan Kenjebaev, and the mayor of the city of Osh, Janar Akayev.
The head of the region emphasized that establishing effective cooperation is critically important for the successful implementation of state policy and the execution of the president's directives. He wished Toktogulov good luck in his new position.
