In Bishkek, utility bill deliverers explained their delay

Representatives of the company responsible for delivering utility bills in Bishkek responded to residents' concerns regarding issues with delays or the absence of receipts.

It should be noted that in some areas of the city, there were indeed cases where residents received bills later than expected.

“The delivery and printing of receipts are carried out by the contractor OsOO ‘Teztap,’ which operates under contracts with municipal enterprises that won the tenders. In certain areas of the city, there were instances where bills arrived later than scheduled. These situations were isolated and were caused by organizational issues during the delivery stage. The formation of charges and the transfer of data for printing were completed on time,” the organization explained.

The contractor has already reviewed its work processes to avoid similar situations in the future. Additionally, control over adherence to delivery schedules has been strengthened.

Currently, operations are proceeding as usual.

Users can obtain information about charges and make payments through electronic services and mobile applications, regardless of the availability of a paper receipt.

Complaints received from residents of Ufimsky, Chernyshevsky, Granitny, and Sadovy lanes have been successfully resolved.
