The event was attended by the chairman of the Border Service, veterans of the border service, as well as officers and personnel from various units.
The ceremony began with the laying of wreaths at the graves of the defenders of the border. Participants honored the memory of the servicemen with a moment of silence after a prayer in their honor.
Representatives of the Border Service noted that the feats of these employees, who "honorably fulfilled their military duty at the border, will forever remain in the history of Kyrgyzstan and serve as an example of loyalty to the oath, courage, and devotion to the Motherland."
