On February 23, a ceremony was held in Manas where keys to new apartments were handed over to 167 military personnel. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense.
The event was attended by Samat Seydaliev, the commander of the Southwestern Operational Command.
The apartments were built with the support of the State Mortgage Company.
It is worth noting that earlier, on October 1, 2025, housing was also provided to more than 40 military personnel in a new mortgage multi-story building in Karakol.
