The National Agency actively supported investors in resolving various issues, including:
- additional tax assessments by tax authorities;
- refusals by local authorities to provide or extend land plots;
- illegal inspections by law enforcement agencies and other similar cases.
The Agency works on providing legal consultations and clarifications of current legislation, which facilitates timely decision-making by investors on emerging issues. It also conducts examinations of investment agreements, ensuring their compliance with the law and protecting the interests of all parties, including regulatory acts in the field of investment activities.
On May 12, 2025, a new function was integrated into the automated information system "Investor Complaint Registry" of the General Prosecutor's Office, significantly improving the transparency of procedures and enhancing the effectiveness of interagency cooperation in the field of investor rights protection.
