Employees of the land use control department of the capital's mayor's office conducted an on-site inspection in the residential area 'Ak-Orgo', where they discovered an establishment operating without the necessary permits on Kyk-Kyz Street. This fact was reported by the press service of the Bishkek mayor's office.

During the inspection, it was found that a café and a point engaged in the production and sale of tandoor bread were located on municipal land without the appropriate permitting documents.

Previously, the owners of this establishment were handed official notifications and given multiple warnings to rectify the identified violations within a specified timeframe.

Since the legal requirements of the authorized body were not met, the land use control department began dismantling the illegal establishment.

As a result of these measures, 200 square meters of municipal land will be freed up.

The mayor's office reminds small and medium-sized business entrepreneurs of the necessity to obtain all required permits for placing trading objects and construction on municipal territory. Compliance with norms and regulations is the key to successful and legal operations.
