On February 27, the State Secretary of Kyrgyzstan, Arslan Koychiev, spoke at an event titled "Youth Dialogue – 2026." Relevant information was published by the press service of the country's president.
Young professionals from various fields, university students, and active participants in public and political life, including parliamentarians and heads of government agencies, gathered for the event.
In his speech, Koychiev emphasized the importance of the doctrine "National Spirit – Global Heights," noting that the future of Kyrgyzstan depends on the youth. He cited the historical achievements of Jusup Abdrakhmanov, made for the welfare of his people, and expressed confidence that among today's generation, there will also be its own "Abdrakhmanovs" and "Aitmatovs."
The State Secretary added that this platform is significant not only for the youth but for the entire country as a whole.
