The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic is not currently considering the issue of returning Kyrgyz citizens from Middle Eastern countries. This was reported by the director of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Seytek Jumakadyrov.
According to him, there are currently no grounds for panic, and the situation is under the control of Kyrgyz diplomatic missions in the region.
“If the situation becomes prolonged, we will, of course, take the necessary measures for evacuation. Preparations have already been made, and we can say that we are ready for this,” he added.
The representative of the foreign ministry noted that Kyrgyz citizens in the Middle East can contact the consular services if necessary, and all arising issues are resolved promptly.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also emphasized that it continues to monitor the situation and maintains constant contact with Kyrgyz citizens abroad.
