The mobile application "Electronic Notary," developed by the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, has launched in pilot mode.
According to the agency, users will be able to perform various notarial actions in electronic form. Among the available functions are the certification of parental and legal representatives' consent for minors to travel abroad, as well as consent for registration at the place of residence, obtaining a passport, and changing citizenship. Additionally, the application allows for the certification of powers of attorney for obtaining documents from government agencies, customs clearance of goods, and representation of interests in state institutions without alienation.
It is noteworthy that notarial actions through the application can be carried out for both individuals and legal entities located in Kyrgyzstan and beyond, provided that the norms of national legislation and international agreements are observed.
The application is available for download on the Play Market platform, and it will soon also be available in the App Store.
