The mobile application "Electronic Notary" has been launched in pilot mode, developed by the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic. Currently, it can be downloaded through the Play Market, and in the near future, it will also be available in the App Store.
According to information from the ministry, this application will allow users to remotely perform many notarial actions in electronic format. These include certifying the consent of parents and legal representatives for the departure of minors abroad, consent for registration at the place of residence, passport issuance, citizenship issues, as well as certifying powers of attorney for obtaining documents from government agencies, customs clearance of goods, and representing interests in state institutions without the transfer of property.
The application allows for notarial actions for both individuals and legal entities, located both within Kyrgyzstan and beyond its borders, while adhering to the norms of national legislation and international agreements.
