
In accordance with the new resolution, the Jogorku Kenesh will receive reports on the fight against internet fraud.
At the plenary session of the Jogorku Kenesh, deputies discussed and approved a draft concerning measures to combat internet and banking fraud.
Deputy Mederbek Aliyev, who initiated this resolution, emphasized the need for regular reports from the Cabinet, the Prosecutor General's Office, and the National Bank, which should be provided quarterly.
He noted that new fraud schemes in the banking sector cause significant financial damage to thousands of citizens.
“According to the adopted resolution, state bodies are instructed to intensify their efforts to combat fraudulent activities both in the banking sector and online, as well as to conduct a systematic analysis of the situation,” Aliyev added.
After a detailed discussion, the deputies unanimously adopted this resolution.
