The Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) has denied rumors of its involvement with the helicopter that, according to local residents, flew at a low altitude over Kara-Balta, located in the Chuy region.
The agency noted that some media outlets had reported suggesting that this helicopter might belong to the MES. However, ministry representatives emphasized that such claims are unfounded.
According to information from city residents, the helicopter flew at the level of approximately a five-story building.
Additionally, the MES clarified that the agency does indeed conduct flights as part of providing commercial services, but this specific flight is not related to their activities.
