From the beginning of 2026 until March 13, about 28,000 OSAGO policies were issued, which accounts for 1.56% of the total number. As a result, 499 vehicles were damaged, and the owners received compensation amounting to 50 million 628 thousand soms.
In 2025, approximately 353 thousand citizens obtained insurance for their civil liability. During the same year, 901 road accidents were recorded, leading to payouts of 86 million 238 thousand soms.

Chui Region — 44,827 (11.92%); Osh Region — 63,230 (16.76%); Jalal-Abad Region — 34,066 (14.85%); Batken Region — 27,192 (25.19%); Talas Region — 14,123 (23.75%); Issyk-Kul Region — 28,896 (22.36%); Naryn Region — 21,760 (38.46%). The organization, together with local authorities, is actively engaged in outreach work among the population. There are about 1,500 OSAGO agents operating in the regions.
The most convenient way to obtain car insurance is through remote registration. There is no need to visit offices, as the OSAGO policy is already available in many mobile applications. To register, it is sufficient to have a passport, driver's license, and the vehicle's technical passport.

With the growth in the number of insured vehicles, there is an increase in the amount of compensation payouts and trust from citizens towards our organization. The indicators continue to rise. For example, in 2023, payouts amounted to 27 million soms, in 2024 — 70 million, in 2025 — 146 million, and just in the first two months of the current year, 81 million has already been paid out. This year, it is planned to increase payouts to 400 million soms.

Indeed, the culture of insurance continues to grow. In 2025, 360,928 people insured their civil liability, which accounted for almost 20% of the total number of vehicle owners.
