According to preliminary findings, the building has been operated with serious violations for a long time, and major repairs to the engineering systems have not been carried out in a timely manner. As a result, the walls of the building have been damaged, and the reinforced concrete floors have begun to corrode.
At present, the condition of the building is classified as potentially dangerous. Final conclusions will be drawn after the completion of comprehensive engineering studies.
The residents of the building and the Bishkek city administration have been informed about the current state of the building.
