During an inspection conducted by the district prosecutor's office, violations were discovered: the children did not receive the land plots within the established timeframe, which is a violation of legislation regarding the rights of children and housing legislation. A prosecutor's response act was sent to the Ak-Bashat rural administration.

After reviewing the prosecutor's response act, the rights of the children were restored. They were handed state acts confirming their right to private ownership of the land plots allocated for the construction of residential houses.
