In the Ala-Archa gorge, tourists found the skull of a predator with large fangs.

During an excursion in the Ala-Archa gorge, located in a coniferous forest, locals reported an unusual find: a skull with large fangs. "We were surprised to find that the upper jaw had not two, as in most predators, but four fangs – two pairs, one of which is larger and the other smaller. What a mysterious predator this is, it must be a 'chupacabra'," they shared their impressions.

Ecologist Alexander Sosnovsky commented on the find, indicating that it is the skull of a fairly large wolf. "The structure of a wolf's jaw differs from that of a dog: the fangs are arranged in such a way that when the upper and lower jaws close, a cutting 'scissors effect' occurs. This means that living flesh is not bitten through but cut. Therefore, wolf bites can be very dangerous – their powerful jaws can inflict fatal injuries," he explained.
