The main task of the forum is to preserve and develop national spiritual values, support scientific and creative potential, as well as unite the intellectual resources of society to strengthen Kyrgyzstan's positions in the international cultural and scientific arena.
The forum will be organized in several stages:
- The first stage will take place at the district level from February 2 to 13;
- The second stage will occur at the city and regional levels from February 16 to 27;
- The third stage, which will involve creative unions and scientific institutions, is scheduled for the period from March 2 to 13;
- The final, fourth stage at the republican level will take place on March 24 and 25.
Specialists from various creative unions, scientists, researchers, representatives of the culture and education sectors, public activists, and young intellectuals will participate in the event.
