Adybek Kasymaliev, who holds the position of Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration, participated in the event.
The Minister of Internal Affairs emphasized that the process of digitalization is actively underway in the internal affairs system, as well as the implementation of video surveillance, aimed at maintaining public order and protecting citizens.
It was also reported that at the initiative of President Sadyr Japarov, the "Safe Country" project is to be completed by the end of 2026. As part of this project, the installation of 20,000 video cameras across the country is planned. Activities for the year were approved, and organization leaders were tasked with monitoring their implementation.
In addition, the goal was set to improve the quality of service to citizens, organize public receptions in accordance with established norms, listen carefully to appeals, and promptly resolve emerging issues within the framework of the law.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs leadership emphasized the importance of actively combating corruption, conducting regular explanatory activities among employees, as well as the necessity of enhancing cybersecurity measures and countering internet fraud and digital threats.
At the conclusion of the meeting, key areas of work were identified, including crime prevention, ensuring citizen safety, improving road safety, preventing crimes against minors and domestic violence, as well as strengthening discipline among employees.
