At the meeting of the Committee of the Jogorku Kenesh on Science and Education, Deputy Bolot Sagynaev presented an initiative to create an application called "Business Tunduk".

The project is intended for migrants who have returned to Kyrgyzstan and are experiencing difficulties in finding opportunities to invest their funds.

According to Sagynaev, about 70,000 citizens have returned to Kyrgyzstan, of which approximately 30,000 have their own capital. However, many of them face problems related to a lack of knowledge about the current conditions for doing business, which forces them to reconsider migration. Instead of starting their own business, many prefer to invest in real estate.

The deputy emphasized that the "Business Tunduk" application will contain information about enterprises and sectors of the economy across all regions of the country. With its help, users will be able to find out what documents are needed for business registration and which government agencies to contact. The application will also provide complete information about selected projects, allow users to submit documents online, and make investments. In case of insufficient capital, users will be able to request concessional co-financing from development funds.

Zamirbek Kozhomuratov, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies, noted that this application could be useful not only for migrants but also for local residents, especially in remote regions. He suggested refining the project in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Development, the Ministry of Economy, and the High Technology Park.
