In accordance with the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on Non-Tax Revenues, contributions for the development and maintenance of local infrastructure are allocated to the development funds of regions, districts, and the corresponding local budgets at the location of mineral deposits at a rate of 2% of revenue excluding indirect taxes received from the sale of minerals.
The financial resources of the funds are also formed from budget accounts with funds allocated from the republican budget.
