The official premiere of the first artistic military-historical television series "Өрт кечкен сөйкө" will take place on December 29, 2025, at the "Manas" cinema in the capital. This event marks an important milestone in the history of Kyrgyz cinema, as reported by the Ministry of Culture.

The creation of the series was made possible through the efforts of the creative association "Kyrgyzserial" with the support of the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports, and Youth Policy, the Ministry of Defense, and the Department of Cinema.
The television series consists of eight episodes, each lasting 50 minutes. In an artistic form, it tells the story of the heroism and patriotism of 1,395 Kyrgyz women who became voluntary participants in frontline actions during World War II, defending their homeland, as well as the Soviet and Kyrgyz soldiers.

The plot is based on real events and the fates of the heroines, presented as an artistic generalization. The series showcases the stories of warrior girls from different corners of Kyrgyzstan, among whom stand out figures such as Hero of the Soviet Union, pilot Yevdokiya Paskho (from Karakol), surgeon Rafa Aydarbekova (from Chui region), anti-aircraft gunner Tamara Baltabaeva, and many others, including radio operators, scouts, snipers, and medics.

The series also mentions the image of a young Panfilovets, who later became a Hero of the Kyrgyz Republic and the people's poet Sooronbay Jusuyev, as well as pilot Abdykerim Karmysakov, who displayed outstanding heroic qualities at the front.

The main goal of the project is to show the severe consequences of war and to glorify the values of peace, national unity, and love for the homeland, which is especially important for fostering patriotic feelings among the youth.
