This information was announced by deputy Dastan Bekeshev at a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh.
According to him, the deadline for issuing licenses for taxi drivers will expire in just 3 days. Dastan Bekeshev believes that this deadline should be extended, as licenses have only been issued to a small portion of taxi drivers.
This could lead to an increase in prices for passenger transport services and leave many drivers without work.
The parliamentarian appealed to the relevant committee of the Jogorku Kenesh with a request to consider the possibility of extending the licensing period.
