He emphasized that his name is not a "figure" in this context, but rather represents a political factor that is taken into account when analyzing risks. Tekebayev also noted that these analytical materials mention other well-known historical figures such as Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Castro, and Mandela.
He added that this is not related to the involvement of these individuals in any events, but rather that analysts use examples and precedents to study political models.
Tekebayev stated that he finds it necessary to provide this clarification to prevent the emergence of rumors and speculation.
