
In Moscow, at the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan, a meeting took place between Kanibek Dosmambetov and medical professionals working in Russia. The main topic of discussion was the possibility of their return to their homeland and the creation of favorable conditions for successful professional activity in the healthcare system of Kyrgyzstan.
About 60 doctors participated in the event. The Minister provided detailed information about the current reforms in the healthcare sector, the modernization of medical institutions, and initiatives to enhance the attractiveness of the medical profession, including salary increases and infrastructure improvements, as well as support for young professionals.
The doctors shared their experiences of working abroad and proposed ideas for adapting specialists in the Kyrgyz Republic. During the discussion, several young doctors expressed a desire to explore employment opportunities in the country's medical institutions in the near future.
Kanibek Dosmambetov noted: "The healthcare system of Kyrgyzstan is in urgent need of qualified and dedicated professionals. The state is interested in the return of doctors to their homeland, their professional development, and the health of citizens. The Ministry is ready to provide comprehensive support and create decent conditions for work and life."
This initiative is part of the Ministry of Health's strategy aimed at strengthening the country's human resources and attracting highly qualified specialists to the regions.
