Kanybek Dosmambetov, head of the Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan, met with about 60 Kyrgyz medical professionals in Moscow. The main topic of discussion was the return of specialists to their homeland and the creation of necessary conditions for their professional activities.
At the meeting organized at the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan, the minister presented information about current reforms in healthcare. He emphasized the importance of modernizing medical institutions, increasing salaries, improving infrastructure, and working conditions.
During the discussion, the focus was on social support, professional growth, and creating comfortable conditions for young specialists.
The medical professionals shared their impressions of working abroad and discussed issues related to employment, adaptation, and career opportunities in Kyrgyzstan. As a result of the meeting, several young doctors expressed a desire to consider the possibility of returning and continuing their careers in the domestic healthcare system.
The Minister of Health noted that the state is interested in the return of qualified personnel and is ready to provide comprehensive support to create suitable conditions for their work and life.
