
Discussing the topic, Lavrov noted the important role of the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, in the implementation of educational projects. He emphasized that educational standards in each country are an integral part of its sovereignty and that this fact must be respected. In particular, the minister mentioned the Russian-Kyrgyz project initiated by Japarov, which aims to align educational programs in both schools and universities.
Lavrov also pointed out the possibility of expanding such cooperation with other CIS countries after achieving significant success in this area.
According to him, the Russian Foreign Ministry will actively support the work of the ANO "Eurasia," which plays a key role in the Kyrgyz direction, and the Ministry of Education will also participate in this initiative. "The work is very promising, and along with the promotion of the Russian language and the establishment of a new international organization, I see good prospects for this activity," he added.
Alena Arshinova expressed gratitude to Lavrov for supporting the projects of "Eurasia," including assistance to forced migrants from Nagorno-Karabakh in Armenia and for establishing productive relations with Kyrgyzstan.
