On February 10 of this year, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic signed a decree under which Kamchybek Tashiev was relieved of his duties as Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the State Committee for National Security.
Jumgalbek Shabdanbekov was appointed as the acting chairman of the GKNB.
In addition, three deputy chairmen of the GKNB were dismissed.
