The President commented on the Speaker of the Parliament's decision to resign.

In an interview with the publication "Kabar," the president noted that he cannot confidently state the reasons that prompted the speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh, Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu, to leave his position.

Sadyr Japarov added that this decision is not necessarily related to the current situation in the country or the appeal from a group of 75 people, and that third-party influences could have led to this outcome for the speaker.

He also suggested that Turgunbek uulu might have felt guilty for not being able to prevent the split among the deputies, which could have influenced his decision.
