The head of Kyrgyzstan stated in an interview with "Kabar" that there are no conditions in the country that would contribute to destabilization or attempts to seize power.
He emphasized that the era when the country was managed from a position of strength is in the past, and those who tried to do so have already faced consequences.
Zhapаров noted: "There will be no coups. We have neither the conditions nor the prerequisites for this. The country should be managed wisely, not through force. History confirms this. Where is Bakiev now, who claimed he would rule by force? Where is Atambaev, who also used force? We must learn lessons from our past."
The president added that the laws of the country will not allow the scenarios of the past to repeat, and he himself monitors the situation around the clock.
He clarified: "I assert that there are no conditions for a coup in the country, as I spend 20 out of 24 hours a day at work. I control everything. If any problem arises, I immediately give instructions to ministers, akims, and governors to resolve them," Zhapаров added, noting that it is quite possible to monitor 70-80% of state processes.
